By placing a custom order, you agree to the following:
🧾 Design Approval
- All designs must be approved before production
- Once approved, no changes can be made
💳 Payment
- Full payment (or deposit if offered) is required before production begins
- Orders will not be started without payment
⏳ Turnaround Time
- Custom orders require additional processing time
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee
📦 Bulk Orders
For large or group orders:
- Final quantity must be confirmed before production
- No changes once production begins
🚫 Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
🎨 Design Ownership
Charmed & Flourished reserves the right to:
- Use completed designs for promotional purposes
(unless otherwise requested)
