- Reviewing and approving designs (if applicable)
- Confirming all order details prior to production
🔁 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect due to our error
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos
We will offer a replacement or correction.
